Conditional Logic Not Affecting Image Field

Strange behavior, I have conditional logic applied to fields – however the image field specifically doesn’t seem to follow the rules.

All of the other fields obey the logic rules.

The value of the field “Layout” is not equal to Layout 1, so the field will be shown.

Those are ‘OR’ if you want the field to be hidden if layout is either layout 1 or layout 2 then you need to use ‘AND’ conditional logic.
