Cleanest, Greenest Township in Jaipur? Manglam World City Review Request

Hello professionals — I’m considering investing in Manglam World City Jaipur. The project claims to be Rajasthan’s cleanest and greenest township with a master plan including wide roads, parks, institutions, commercial hubs, and a 65-acre sports facility.

It’s located on the main Ajmer Road and developed by Manglam Group. JDA approval is done, RERA is on the way, and they’re offering 80% financing.

Before I proceed, I’d love to hear from anyone who’s done a site visit or booked a unit.
