Checkbox for One Product

I need a checkbox to appear on the cart page but only if a certain product is in the cart, regardless of any other items being purchased.

I know I can lock it down to a page, but what options can I select to limit it to a product?

FYI, the button on the landing page goes directly to the cart, not to a Woocommerce product page, so I can’t put it there.
