Check and/or echo an ACF Setting

Hello,
Is it possible to query the ACF Settings and return a value? I’d like to set my Google Maps API via the provided filter, and then echo it in my code where necessary to make it work. This way if I’m using a separate key for development and deployment, I only have to fix it in one place.

acf_get_setting('google_api_key');

should return the value
