Can't save new location rule in second language

Hello,
I’m using latest version of WP, ACF and WPML.
I have noticed that if in one language I can add location rules to fields, in the second language (English) when I add a new location rule it seems to be added but when I save nothing happens, in few words the changes are not saved.
I checked console but no errors are found.

How can I solve the problem?
