Blog template page display issue

Hi,
On mobile, our blog page is currently displaying the archive menu at the top and bumping all blog posts down to the bottom. I’d like the posts to display at the top.
We have a theme template installed. I have tried deactivating all plugins but to no avail.

Can this be fixed at all? Pls note I am very new to WP.
