Block ID's persist on copied Posts

Hi,

I have a problem with Building Templates inside Gutenberg containing ACF Blocks. If the post gets copied the Block ID persists which leads to problems when you query a Post Type. Is it possible to regenerate the Block ID’s when the Post ID has changed or implement some sort of check if the Block ID is already in use? And is there maybe any hook to change the Block ID’s again on Post save as a hotfix so i can use the Templates for my actual Project?
