Are there Javascript events for when an ACF block is updated?

    To give a practical example, I’m testing out making a slider block with slick.js. I want to completely render the slider on the backend, so I need to call some JS to update the slider when the block is loaded or updated, e.g. if I add a new slide. Is there a JS event I can listen for for when a block field is changed?
