Append Text option broken inside repeater

When I set an append option inside a repeater field (for me, on an email specifically), it can’t be edited or deleted after the first time being set, unless I change the field type.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create custom fields, and use a repeater field
2. Inside the repeater field, use an email field
3. Set append option to @example.com
4. Go make a page or post with those fields (I don’t know if this is necessary, but it recreates my environment).
5. Go back to the fields and change the append text to nothing. Click update
6. If reproduced bug, it should still say @example.com in append

To get rid of this appended text, I had to switch the field to a text field and then back to an email field.
