Adding a WP Title Field and Creating Front-end Shortcodes

Two questions:
(1) I’m using ACF Pro. How do you create a front facing form that includes the native WordPress post title (the_title)? I can use another plugin (BuddyForms), to create a form with the title field and then append my ACF Filed Group and then use the BuddyForms shortcode in a page. Ideally I hope not to use two plugins for the same task.

(2) How do I create a shortcode to insert an ACF form in a page or post?
