Adding a Post Type to the Sidebar?

Hello,

A site I’m working on has an additional item on the admin sidebar that ACF is recognizing as a Post Type.

Does anyone know how I could go about creating an addition Post Type that appears on the sidebar?

If this isn’t enough information I can try to elaborate.
