'Add Row' button not present in repeater

I created a repeater with two subfields and attached it to a page.
So far so good. The fields UI shows in the admin screen of the page and I can add data without issues.

I then created another repeater, this one with four subfields. I attached it to the same page.

For the second repeater the UI also shows up on the admin screen. However there is no ‘Add Rows’ button.

I can enter and save data for a single row. But I cannot create new rows.

What could I be doing wrong?

Problem solved.

I was looking at the wrong field group.
The one I’m working on isn’t a repeater after all.
