Add new input in ACF layout

Can I add a new input in ACF layout like this ? I want to add the text from input in the name of the layout if i can.

There isn’t anything in ACF that will allow adding no fields here.

What you are trying to do can be achieved by using this filter https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/acf-fields-flexible_content-layout_title/ and creating a message sub field and then showing that massage when collapsed.
