add js to admin – how to check if I'm on the right post/page

I’ve added some js code to the admin like acf.add_action( 'load', function( $el ){....} – it’s some code that I need on some CPT entry page where I’ve some ACF fields

when editing a however I get some js errors because obviously the custom fields are not on that page – how can I avoid that?
