Add "Group" option to CF style

Hi,

purely aesthetic but it would be good if there was a Group style option along with Seamless and WP Meta (with Block, Table, Row etc included)

the reason is the normal Group field neatly boxes off the content, but involves an extra field and variable prefix. It would be handy to do the same layout but without having to nest the variables inside a named group
