ACF working after update, but not listed in plugins

Hi there. I just updated the ACF plugin, which went fine, except that it does not show in the plugin list in WordPress anymore. It just works as it should, but I get not shown any update notices, could not deactivate it.

what went wrong there – and how can I see it there again?
any clues?

Found it myself. The Plugin seems to have been renamed. I was looking fpr ACL or the likes, but it was translated to german “Erweiterte Felder”, so I was looking for something completely different.

I post the solution so that maybe someone else can find this helpful.
