ACF Repeater Field Filtr

Hello,
I have page budgget. On that page I create repeater field : income.
Income field has 4 subfields : year, month, description and value.
I want to filter that rows… example to display on the front page only rows from specific year ( 2018 or 2019 ) or specific month ( january or february… ). Is there any solution to filter repeater field using values from subfield?
