ACF – Persistent custom fields can no longer be deleted

Hi,
I can’t delete the Custom Fields of a Group that I created as test. Custom fileds now appear in all my posts, even the ones I create after deleting the ACF group (obviously without the values, N/A).

I also tried deleting the group from the recycle bin and, after, uninstalling ACF. Groups persist in each post, old or new.
Has this happened to anyone already? Could anyone give me a suggestion?
