ACF + Gutenberg = can not set featured image

Hi,

I’ve noticed that once I activate ACF 5.6.8, I can no longer set a page featured image.

Here is a screenshot of the issue:

Worth noting that no metaboxes are being created by ACF. Neither by its admin interface, nor via code.

As stated in the screenshot, my setup is:
– WP 4.9.8
– Twenty Seventeen 1.7 theme
– Gutenberg 3.6.2
– ACF 5.6.8
