ACF and TablePress?

Hoping someone can help me achieve the following:
– Import data from table fields into an identically named ACF field? (i.e. so I don’t have to retype data).

Oops I pressed enter too early and can’t seem to edit the OP.

Further to the above, I can export a table from TablePress in JSON format but ACF doesn’t like it when I try to import a Tablepress JSON file. This is not surprising but I hope there’s a way to accomplish as per my original question. Cheers.
