ACF 5 Release to WordPress Plugins?

I’m wondering what the release plan is for ACF in the WordPress plugin directory.

Our shop has a lot of clients using ACF 4. Will site admins be prompted to update to ACF 5 by WordPress? If so, and they do, I assume that add-ons like repeater fields will stop working until we add the ACF PRO license key to enable those features.

Can you outline what the plan for release ACF 5 is, at this point?
