I have a problem with a front-end media uploader.
When user adds a new image, thumbnails in the media library don’t refresh and the new image doesn’t appear among them. The new thumbnail is displayed only when site is refreshed manually.

The problem doesn’t occur in wp-admin.

I just tested this on a site and it worked as expected and I could not recreate what you’re seeing.
What version of ACF are you useing?
Have you tried deactivating other plugins or on a different theme?
The only thing I can think of here is that there is some type of JavaScript error that’s causing the issue. If another script causes and error it may cause the script used for the upload to malfunction.
