Found with a teammate a solution. Again right in the codex 🙂

So if you want to displau the code of a Wysiwig field just use the esc_html() function.
Example :

<?php echo esc_html(get_field('my_wysiwig_field')); ?>

or (for a sub field)

<?php echo esc_html(get_sub_field('my_wysiwig_field')); ?>
