The question you have asked would take multiple hours to explain and code for you which is outside the scope of this free support forum.
If you need to build a custom template with query / filter functionality, and you are not skilled to do this yourself, I would highly recommend hiring a freelance WP developer.
If you have any specific q’s about acf or any bugs, please don’t hesitate to post them, but please don’t ask how to build a part of your site.
