I’m a tad busy at the moment to throw together an example, perhaps the devs over at WPML have had some support tickets in the past regarding flexible content and the WPML plugin and they can direct you to some answers.
I hope you understand that I can’t support 100% compatibility with all plugins, WPML is a very complicated plugin which would take time to connect.
At the moment, my primary focus is on version 5 and the great UX improvements it has!
