    In your console log there should be a tab for all scripts loaded on the page. It may be called “Network”.

    Can you look for any scripts which are failing to load. The google maps places API should be one of them. The next step is to find out why the script failed to load. Hopefully there is some data in that console log to help find the issue.

    My bet is that for some reason, there is a firewall blocking that API from loading? Can you try on another computer, browser, network?
