Yes, you would need to build custom JavaScript https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/adding-custom-javascript-fields/ and use the ACF JS API https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/javascript-api/#actions-append. When a row is added you can update the value of the field in that row. Sorry, I don’t have any example code or know where to find any and it’s not something I can throw together, it would take some time to work out the details.
