When localizing a script,
first you register it https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_register_script/,
then you localize it https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_localize_script/, then you enqueue it https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_enqueue_script/
