Hi James,

Thanks for your reply. I am unable to set up a test site just yet, but I can confirm that this is definitely happening on 5.6.10 on Gutenberg 2.8.0.

I just rolled back to Gutenberg 2.7.0 and it saved 100% fine.

I will get a live demo up as soon as possible.
