I just did a test and the date picker field is working for me, see the attached image.

First step, login and download, reinstall ACF. There have been some minor improvements that have not made it into an update yet but are available by downloading.

If that doesn’t help there’s likely a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Try deactivating other plugins and switching to the default WP theme to see if that clears it up. If you can narrow it down it will be easier to help.
