What you need to do is edit your template where the title of the post is displayed and add something like

<h1><?php the_title(); ?></h1><!-- this should be somewhere in your templates -->
<?php 
  if (get_field('subtitle')) {
    ?><h2><?php the_field('subtitle'); ?></h2>
  }
?>
