So now you’ve confused me.
Page = Account Details. This means that this groups will only be shown when you are editing that specific “Page”. The admin url of this page might look something like this http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=55&action=edit. This is not the users profile page in WP which would generally be located at http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/profile.php.
By the look of the location selections I’m also going to say that you’re using ACF 4. ACF 4 does not have the ability to add custom fields to the user profile page.
Can you please clarify exactly where it is that you are trying to show this field group?
