I’m afraid I couldn’t reproduce this issue on my installation. Could you please share the code you used to add the options page? If the issue is the same as the one happened to @tuskotrush (options page with post_id set), then could you please check my answer here: https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/cant-translate-options-pages/#post-45443?
