ACF uses the WP function get_terms(). There is a filter is AFC that will let you change the get_terms parameters https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/acffieldstaxonomyquery/. The example shows changing the orderby parameter. But, looking at get_terms() https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_terms/ what you want to do is not supported by WP. The only way to get what you’re looking for would be a custom field type https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/creating-a-new-field-type/.
