For something like that, you need advanced code, which is not supported by ACF. If you want, I suggest you hire a developer to help you out with it, and I’d recommend looking for one on https://studio.envato.com/, https://www.upwork.com/, or https://codeable.io/.
Another option would be using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/acf-flexible-content-modal/.
