You need to open the link and read it in PHP. After that, you need to parse the XML content by using xml_parse_into_struct() and add it to the custom field by using the update_field() function.
I’m afraid fetching the data from a URL is more related to PHP. Could you please visit PHP community instead?
If you don’t know how to code, I suggest you hire a developer to help you out with it, and I’d recommend looking for one on https://studio.envato.com/, https://www.upwork.com/, or https://codeable.io/.
