Did you save the submitted entries as a custom post type? If you did, you could get the saved name by using the the_field() function and passed the ID of the newly created post to that function. You can also pass the name of the user by using the $_GET variable. This page should give you more idea about it: http://php.net/manual/en/reserved.variables.get.php.
