Thanks for the post.
Unfortunately it is not possible to rollback to version 4 of the plugin since the field types differ in terms of API structure.
I am afraid you might have to recreate the field groups afresh.
If you had backed up your db you can also delete the current version and copy the backup to get back all the v4 fields.
