Thanks for the post.
For a single taxonomy term object nested within a Repeater, you would require the following code in your template:

// check if the repeater field has rows of data
if( have_rows('repeater_field_name') ):
// loop through the rows of data
while ( have_rows('repeater_field_name') ) : the_row();
// get the term
$term = get_sub_field('taxonomy_field_name');
if($term){
echo $term->name;
echo $term->description;
}
endif;
endwhile;
else :
// no rows found
endif;
?>
