I’m afraid you can’t do something like that. What you can do is moving a field group into a tab. This page should give you more idea about it: http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/moving-wp-elements-content-editor-within-acf-fields/.
That is a guide to move WordPress content editor, but you can do the same thing with field groups.
