Please make sure that your server can access ACF’s server on connect.advancedcustomfields.com. Also, please make sure that you have no firewall on your server that prevents the connection to ACF’s server. If you don’t know how to check it, please ask your hosting about it.
You also need to check if your domain is listed in http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/my-account/.
