There isn’t a way to automatically remove the values of fields hidden by conditional logic in ACF.
What you would need to do it to create an acf/save_post filter http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/acfsave_post/
In this filter you can get the value for the field that contains the condition and then use code to remove the values from the conditional fields.
