There is a setting called “label_placement” http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/acf_form/
But unfortunately the settings for this is either top or left.
I will assign this to @elliot so that he’s notified of a request to also have the ability to set the label_placement as “bottom” or “below”. I’m sure it’s fairly simple so perhaps he’ll fix it in an update.
