I finally managed to solve this problem, with adding some javascript to the head. I added the following code in my functions.php
function my_acf_admin_head()
{
?>
<script type="text/javascript">
jQuery(function($){
$(document).on('submit', '#post', function(){
$('.acf-error-message').remove();
});
})(jQuery);
</script>
<?php
}
add_action('acf/input/admin_head', 'my_acf_admin_head');
On submitting the form it removes all classes with “acf-error-message”
