I’ve just read over your support thread and can only re-iterate what has already been said.
The issue you are experiencing is due to a limitation with the ‘load/save terms’ setting on the taxonomy field. This setting only works with the last field on the page, and does not accumulate all fields within the page.
I will look for a solution soon, and in the meantime, I suggest you disable the feature and consider writing some custom code to update the post’ terms based on all that have been selected
