Elementor is probably sanitizing that value of the ACF field. I don’t know for sure, you have to ask that question to someone that knows elementor.
The best way I’ve found around issues like this is to use the Code Snippets plugin and build a shortcode. If you have the pro version of code snippets there are other ways to do this as well.
