AFC field names must be unique for all fields shown on the same editor page. When fields have the same name then the last field saved by ACF will overwrite the values of all other fields having the same name, regardless of the field type. Basically this means that only the last field of that name actually exists.
The only fix for this is to rename the duplicated field names.
