When you get an error like this there are generally a couple of reasons. Another error could be causing this error. Are there any other JS errors before this one?
Another possibility is that you have a corrupt JS file. In this case you should try to fix is by uninstalling and reinstalling ACF.
If those do not work then you need to figure out where the conflict is by deactivation other plugins or possibly trying a different theme.
