Similar to StormTrooper’s solution – simply adding this to my theme’s functions.php file did the trick. (Not sure if it is the best / right way.)

function my_acf_save_post( $post_id )
{
    wp_redirect(get_permalink($post_id)); exit;
}
add_action('acf/save_post', 'my_acf_save_post', 20);
