I’m not sure I completely understand what you want to do. Here is my version, let me know if this is right or wrong.
You have a repeater field on an options page.
The values in this repeater field are used to generate the choices of a radio button field on the product/post edit page.
You want to have fields on the product/post page that change based on the value selected in the radio button field.
